At Idaho, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with the perfect fit. If a product doesn’t work out, we are happy to assist you with an eligible return or exchange.

No monetary refunds will be provided for returned products. Instead, for an eligible return, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the actual amount paid by the customer for the returned product.

The coupon value will be calculated based on the final amount paid after applicable discounts or offers and will not be calculated on the product’s MRP.

For product exchanges, a flat shipping fee of ₹300 will be applicable per exchange request.

The coupon can be redeemed on a future purchase on the Idaho website, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
